I don’t remember the surgery cost, so I wrote an arbitrary amount; please don’t refer to it. I went for a consultation because I heard the director is famous for noses, and he was very kind and answered all my questions. It seemed like he immediately caught what parts I was concerned about even without me saying them. However, I think I need to think a bit more about the surgery.
