3 days after fat grafting....

I had it done on my cheeks, nasolabial folds, and under my eyes... I’m on the slim side, so the fat was harvested from my thighs. On the day of the procedure, when I looked in the mirror, the under-eyes were nice and firm and the nasolabial folds were improved, which was good, but my cheeks were sticking out too much and looked mean like Princess Frog Tutu. They say about 30 to 50% will be absorbed, and right now the under-eyes look just right, but if they get absorbed from here, it feels like they’ll go back to how awful they looked before, and the nasolabial area isn’t very full either, so it feels like there won’t be anything left. Then the only thing left would be cheek flesh... Actually, cheek flesh wasn’t what I wanted that much; what I really wanted was to make the under-eyes and nasolabial folds plumper, but they said I was too lacking in overall volume so I had to add cheek flesh...(they said if I did that, my mouth protrusion would be a bit covered too, so I agreed thinking that would help.) And I thought if I put in cheek fat, my face shape would become more graceful and voluminous like Uhm Jung-hwa when she looks prettier, but instead because the fullness seems to be in the lower jaw area, my face looks longer and my previously unnoticed square jaw is showing, so it looks broad and I can’t stand looking at it unless I cover it with my hair Yesterday I went to the hospital for disinfection, and the nurse recommended Botox, but Botox is temporary too... money is money... ah, I’m worried... Also, as I said before, my cheekbones stick out a bit to the sides, so from the front the area between my nose and cheekbones looks slightly sunken and I always thought that made my mouth look even more protruded. So... I asked if they could put a little more fullness toward the front, near the sides of the nostrils, but they said if it goes there, it’ll just bulge in front and look awkward and strange~ I’ve always pictured it that way in my head though... I’ll ask the doctor again in a week, but what do you all think?
