This was my first eye surgery, so after consultation, I had surgery with the buried suture method. Because there was swelling, opening my eyes felt so, so heavy, but it has gotten much better now. I bruise easily, so I still have bruising, but I think it will look pretty once only the bruising goes away. When removing the stitches, the doctor told me to make sure to do cold and warm compresses and to often practice opening my eyes while lifting them upward. I didn't know anything, so it was really nice that they told me these tips. It is also so amazing that the roots of my eyelashes are visible, and my eyes got much bigger.
