I’m on day 4 after under-eye fat repositioning, and a line that wasn’t there before appeared at the inner corner of my eye… The tear trough line didn’t disappear after the procedure in the first place, and I feel like it went wrong… I had medial epicanthoplasty and incisional double eyelid surgery before, so could it be because of the medial epicanthoplasty… Has anyone here who’s had under-eye fat repositioning developed a line like this… Did it maybe go away? Would it be better to tell the clinic?
