Surgery review~

Hello? I had surgery today with the full-incision method. Right now it’s hot and throbbing.... Since I’m a man, I didn’t think much of it, but once I actually lay down on the operating table, I got more nervous than I expected. First, the nurse applied antiseptic to my face, then put a mask with holes for the eyes on me, and then the doctor checked the line. Next came the anesthetic injection, and the doctor said this would be the only painful part and after that the pain would be over. A lot of people said the anesthetic injection hurts, so I was a little worried, but it was just that the feeling of the needle suddenly going into the eye area was unpleasant; it was bearable. But that wasn’t the real problem. The expected time was one hour, but maybe because I was talking about this and that with the doctor, or maybe because my surgery was a bit complicated, it took about one hour and forty minutes. But starting about 40-50 minutes after the anesthesia, one eye began to throb..... Ugh, later when they were stitching with thread, I’m not exaggerating at all: the anesthesia had completely worn off. Haha...... I just clenched my molars and endured it. It really felt like they were suturing raw flesh, the needle going pop in, and the thread sliding smoothly through.... Maybe because the anesthesia wore off early, it’s still throbbing now and hurts so much. This got long and disorganized, but I’m writing while bloody tears are coming from my eyes lol 1. As I said during the surgery, I think I put some force in because the anesthesia wore off; that won’t be a big problem, right? 2. They told me not to do cold compresses at all. They didn’t put tape on either. Are there cases like this?
