Incision + lower-eye incision (The review is long, sorry~~)

I had surgery yesterday at 3 o'clock. I went all the way from the provinces to some ophthalmology clinic in Yeouido.. It doesn't seem to be very well known in this community, but when I searched online, the reviews were good. The doctor was blunt... He said a 6 mm line would be appropriate, and since my eyes are small, I should also do a lower-eye incision... Inside I thought it would be nice if the line were a bit higher, but I couldn't say anything and just agreed.. I didn't even change into separate surgical clothes, and it wasn't a scary-looking operating table, so I relaxed. I got 5+5 anesthetic injections, 10 shots total. Tears just streamed down on their own~~~~ It did hurt, but it wasn't painful enough to feel like dying, just like getting a somewhat painful stinging injection. It felt like the medicine was moving back and forth in my eyes, and then my eyes felt like they were becoming hard. They put a cloth over my face, and drew the upper and lower lines.. Then he put his hand on my eye and prayed.. lol -The actual surgery finally began- He put something between my eyes, I heard scissors, and it felt like he was taking something out piece by piece, but that didn't hurt at all and I barely felt anything.... I thought, if it's like this, I can manage. But I could feel everything when he was stitching with the needle... It was bearable, but the hardest thing was... the hemostasis machine that people say smells like squid The smell really was like burning squid, so that was okay... but when that machine touched my eye, it really hurt. I couldn't make a sound and tears suddenly poured out... The doctor asked if it hurt a lot? He said that seeing me cry made his heart hurt~ It was the first joke he made after the surgery started. He had a Christian radio broadcast on... but I couldn't focus on the radio at all.. The doctor would occasionally sing along to hymns, and I was so focused only on the surgery... I don't know how many times I swallowed dry saliva. I had my eyes open for most of the surgery, to the point that my eyes were rarely closed. So I could roughly tell what step each thing was. Because I kept focusing only on the surgery, I was nervous too.. There was an older lady next to me watching the surgery, and he explained the surgical process to her. When doing the lower-eye surgery, he explained that for people whose eyes are very small ( he emphasized this...), they also do lower-eye incision surgery together. And when doing the lower-eye incision, he talked about the?? point (as someone ignorant, I guessed it might be the place where they tie the knot...) and pointed toward the outer corner of the eye, saying it seemed to be this area.. I guess that older lady must be a doctor too,,, Maybe she is about to open her own clinic soon........ For a moment I felt like a test subject, but maybe because of the older lady watching, or because he was concentrating on the surgery, the doctor was sweating a lot. So.. in one way, I felt like the surgery was going well. Throughout the surgery, he kept complimenting me, saying I was helping really well and enduring it well. Seeing him say things like that, I guess it really does hurt for other people too... My eyes were full of blood, but I couldn't feel the blood in my eyes. Just when I thought I was tearing up, the nurse wiped it with gauze, and when I saw blood on it, I thought, I guess I'm bleeding. When they made the incision, I sometimes saw pieces that had been cut out, whether fat or something else.... and I saw the doctor's nostrils lol, that happened. They did it in the order of lower left + lower right + upper left + upper right. It's bearable... After surgery it throbs... Rather than the pain, tears keep coming out, so I'm worried that the surgical area might get irritated or infected. Like other people, sleeping sitting up or staying up all night seemed too hard, so I just slept.. It was a bit hard to close my eyes... but after sleeping, the tearing is less. I don't think there's any need to avoid sleeping.. Oh... At the hospital where I had it done, they told me to do ice packs only on the day of surgery and for the next day, once every 2 hours?
