I even made a reservation in advance and went, but after I waited for ages, they suddenly said only then that the director had gone into surgery and asked if I could come at another time. But it wasn’t like they were genuinely sorry or anything. They handled it as if they were more annoyed, basically saying just come another time, the director went into surgery so what can we do, if you don’t like it then don’t. Normally I would have waited anyway because of all the time I had already spent waiting, but I felt so upset that I thought I should absolutely never have surgery here and just left. Soㅜ I don’t even know what the director looks like.
