After my first rhinoplasty 6 or 7 years ago at a hospital whose name I do not even remember, I had revision rhinoplasty 3 years ago, and then revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage 1 year ago, but the result was... really bad. The side profile of my nose was honestly very good, but from the front, my nostrils were asymmetric and my nose was crooked, so I ended up having another revision rhinoplasty. I had my 4th nose surgery at D-Day Plastic Surgery, and from the consultation, Director Choo said it would be difficult to make the nose perfectly symmetric, so I did not have big expectations and just hoped it would be aligned to some extent. Now it is not perfect, but it has become almost symmetric, and the crooked feeling is gone. So...
