After rhinoplasty, I also had alar reduction, so it’s hard to remove foreign matter from my nose. Every time I wash, I blow my nose a bit hard and clean it with a cotton swab, but sometimes there’s blood from my nose on it. I’m still only 6 months post-op, so I know I should be careful, but if I don’t use a cotton swab it feels so stuffy. So even if a little blood comes out, I still use a cotton swab every time. Is that very bad? ㅍ
