I had surgery because I wanted to get rid of just my complex rather than make a huge change before and after, and I’m extremely satisfied. It was a revision surgery, and because my first surgery went badly, if you look at the photos from before, there was a big step-off on the nasal bridge, and I had also received other procedures after surgery, so the nasal tip looked very awkward. But everything was corrected, and even my long nose became shorter. It turned out even prettier than what I wanted.
