It’s been about a month and a half since I had rhinoplasty with Director Lee Ji-hwan at a plastic surgery clinic. For the materials, no implant was used; ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used to naturally refine the nasal tip. My complex was my bulbous nose, which was originally blunt and made my overall impression look droopy, so I wanted a natural change without touching the nasal bridge. He understood my needs precisely and showed it through the results • I had nasal bridge osteotomy, alar reduction, nasolabial angle correction, and smoothing of the nasal dorsum step-off.
