First of all, it's been about 3 years since I had surgery, but I just went and did it when I didn't know anything about cosmetic surgery. At first, I went thinking I would only get double eyelid surgery, but they said it would be better to do lower canthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty together and that natural adhesion would be better, so I decided on that. But I don't really recommend natural adhesion. My right eye came undone just one month after surgery, and 1 year later I had it done again by the same doctor at the same hospital, and it's been okay until now.
