The front desk staff were said to be unfriendly, but they were actually more friendly than average. Compared with a large hospital, the facilities and size were small and looked a bit old, but after the consultation I could feel the director's experience. They absolutely do not recommend unnecessary surgeries such as eye correction, and they explained in detail why eye correction is not needed, as well as similar cases to mine, showing me how recovery and changes would likely go in the future. In particular, I went there because I wanted to improve asymmetrical eyes as a side effect of facial paralysis, so they logically explained what kind of surgical approach would be good in the long term for a facial paralysis case, which left a very deep impression. And the fact that they kept asking if I had any more questions made me feel their confidence and that they were a real expert. Also, when considering surgical skill, aftercare, and A/S, I could understand why the price was set high.
