I did have double eyelid surgery a long time ago, but as time passed, I guess the line was coming undone, and my eyes looked like they had no strength. So I saw it in a community and requested a consultation at a plastic surgery clinic, and they told me I didn’t really need canthoplasty and that natural adhesion alone would be enough, so I had the surgery. The swelling went down faster than I expected, and seeing it settle into place quickly made me understand why everyone gets natural adhesion.
