This is a review of my first rhinoplasty. My nose being too low was a complex, so I decided to have surgery. I went to 3 places for consultations, and after consulting, I think this was the place I could trust the most out of the 3. Originally, I wanted to raise my nose and also get alar reduction, but the director said alar reduction was not recommended for my face shape. They said my face shape is on the wider side, so if I reduced the nostril wings, my face would look even wider and it probably wouldn’t suit me. Instead, they said that if I raised my nose, the nostril wings would also look a little smaller, so I trusted the director and had the surgery, and I really think that was fortunate…
