My nostrils spread every time I smiled, so it had been a complex since I was young, but I got introduced by an acquaintance and made up my mind to have surgery. Why did I just worry all this time and not get it done? I should’ve done it earlier I’m so happy I don’t have to Photoshop my nostrils in photos anymore, and I’m so happy they don’t flare out. But from the day of surgery to day 2, it hurt a lot. On the day itself, I was just crying the whole way home in the car. Except for that, it’s a surgery I’m really so satisfied with.
