If you look through all my previous reviews, you’ll know, but since the stitches were removed, the surgical scar from the alar reduction has not been noticeable at all. People actually didn’t notice it either; instead, I was asked several times whether I had gotten something injected into my face because my face looked smaller. My nasal bridge looks higher because it has become slimmer.
