About 10 years ago, I had surgery once for a hump nose (using septal cartilage), but because the implant height was too high, the nasal tip drooped, so I had revision surgery again 4 years later.
The implant height was lowered and ear cartilage was used, but it became a hump nose again.
So I had forgotten about it for a while, but I’m planning to have revision surgery again this time.
