When viewed from the front, my nose was a bit crooked to one side and my nostrils were also on the wider side, so I got rhinoplasty at a plastic surgery clinic. I was worried whether the shape would come out pretty without an implant, but the surgery was done very cleanly with no uneven steps. Maybe because they used autologous costal cartilage and fixed it with a four-layer support structure, the nose that used to look crooked from the front was corrected neatly, and my overall impression became much cleaner. I’m also satisfied because the alar reduction seems to have narrowed my nostrils naturally, without looking overly reduced.
