After reaching 2 months since my revision surgery for a contracted nose, the changes I’ve noticed are that my nose shape and side profile feel a bit prettier. As the swelling goes down, it seems to be getting more and more refined, and it feels like the fluid that had built up is draining out. My nose is still hard, but during my appointment, the director told me that the hard feeling should loosen a lot after 6 months, so it should move quite a bit from side to side. The area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested has become a bit red, so I bought scar ointment at the pharmacy and have been applying it consistently every night. Before, the asymmetry of my columella and nostrils was quite severe, but since I also had correction for a crooked nose, I think it has been aligned to some extent...
