Can they be enlarged again? What should I do? I’m so desperate.... ------------------------------------------------ I had a bulbous nose, and the tip had a lot of flesh. Thinking about it now, the nostrils weren’t that big, and it was more that the tip had a lot of flesh... But there was a slight widening when I smiled.. Whether the tip was wide or the sides of the nostrils (the alar rims) were wide.. Either way, the reason my nose looked wide was that the overall width looked broad.. The fleshy tip couldn’t be made as narrow as a completely normal person’s.. Because my nose looked spread out, I had the alar rims reduced twice.. At the same hospital.. But the first reduction was too small.. It hardly showed, and the nose still felt spread out.. I kept feeling disappointed every time, so later, when they raised the bridge, I had it reduced once more.. But it seems the doctor reduced it a lot this time.. After the first reduction, it somehow felt like the openings were getting bigger again.. When they did it together with the second bridge augmentation, maybe because it was pulled upward, it absolutely didn’t get bigger.. My nostrils really look way too tiny.. Sometimes it even feels blocked.. Most people’s sides flare out diagonally, right? Mine looks like it drops straight down.. The fleshy tip is still there, the bridge feels even thicker, and because the nose is dull but the alar rims on the sides look like they’re barely there, my nose looks so, so unnatural.. When I take photos with friends, my nose looks way too narrow. It’s not that it became pretty and I noticed the change, it’s that the nose width got so much smaller than before that it stands out, so I can’t even meet my old friends..ㅠㅠ I want to lower the nose bridge.. but if I lower it, the tip flesh will increase more, and if it looks more spread out, won’t the alar rims look even more lacking relative to it, so I can’t do anything either way.. Whenever they raise the nose, doesn’t the width end up shrinking little by little anyway.. Did the doctor not know that.. There isn’t even a revision surgery to enlarge the nostrils again.. Seriously, what am I supposed to do.. I’m scared to even go consult at another hospital because they might say, ‘How can your nostrils be this small?’..ㅠㅠ

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
