The hospital told me to make a steam towel and use that, but when I wring the towel out and microwave it for about 10 seconds the way the hospital told me, it’s warm for a few seconds but cools down quickly ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ But if I microwave it longer, it gets too hot. Please tell me an efficient way to do warm compresses, please ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
