I was looking into several places for rhinoplasty, and a neighbor recommended this one, so I went. They said the director could not do the consultation, so the manager consulted with me. The first thing they said when I took off my mask was, asking whether I had had nose surgery. So I said I had not had nose surgery, only Hiko, and they said it looked like I did not need nose surgery because I already had a pretty nose and that it would not make much of a difference anyway. The director here seems to pursue safety, so they said that even if you do nose surgery, they do not use cartilage. I found that odd during the consultation, but the manager said, if you use cartilage and implants, what will you do if side effects appear later? Other hospitals say they can make whatever shape you want, but here they firmly said it cannot be done, which made it feel like they were putting the patient's safety first. That seemed good to me. On the other hand, it was disappointing that I had come all the way from far away in the provinces for the consultation and left without being able to do anything.
