Side effect from three-part facial contouring? Chin indentation?

Is this kind of thing common? I’m 2 weeks post-op. It looks sharply indented. I still have plenty of candy swelling. They said the indentations on both sides of the chin are either swelling or one of the issues involving the retaining ligaments, muscles, or periosteum. The surgeon in charge says it’s the area where the ligament is, so it’s attached, and because the chin tip and square jaw areas are very swollen, it only looks indented; he says it’s all swelling and not to worry. It’ll all go down, right? Are there any care methods, like lasers that are good for swelling or acupuncture at an oriental medicine clinic?
