Before<before1>Before<before2>After<after1>Before<after2>I’ve been worried about my nasolabial folds for such a long time, so I went and got them done! For reference, I was a case where Juvelook and Sculptra didn’t work for me at all..
First of all, I had gotten nose filler here before and was satisfied with it, but it was a bit expensive, so I went somewhere else, had a bad result, and came back again.. haha
Anyway, this time I went because of my nasolabial folds, and the consultant gave me a good consultation. They said I don’t really have wrinkles on my face itself, but the folds are forming slightly because of a protrusive mouth/oral structure.
I’d never really thought my mouth stuck out in daily life, so I was a little flustered lololol But they said that if we fill the hollow areas beside the nasal alae along the nasolabial folds, it would have a youthful-looking effect, and since the wrinkles weren’t long or deep along the entire line, about 1 cc would be enough!
And when I told them the areas I was concerned about, they recommended what procedures would help resolve those concerns, but it didn’t feel like they were pressuring me. I just kept it in mind and only got the nasolabial fold filler I had planned for today!
I also had a consultation with the director, and since they were clearly very experienced, I felt I could trust them. They greeted me saying it had been a long time since I came in lol
There was no separate numbing ointment, and after waiting, I went straight into the procedure room, got local anesthesia, and had it done with a cannula. At first, only the anesthesia injection hurt a bit, and after that there was no pain at all. It was fascinating lol The director said they would make sure the nasolabial fold filler doesn’t shift when I smile, and that placing it in the exact location is the skill needed for a pretty result. Maybe they’re really that good, but it was finished so quickly, and when I looked in the mirror right away, my nasolabial folds were gone, so I was unbelievably happy..
On the first and second day, the injected areas were a bit swollen and looked strange, but now that two days have passed, it seems to be settling more and more, and once the swelling went down, only the sunken areas are filled. When I smiled, the 八 shape used to be seriously no joke, but now it’s completely goneㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
And there is zero awkwardness when I smile. No foreign-body sensation either. Before getting nasolabial fold filler, I had read so many posts about side effects that I was worried... Now that I’ve gotten it, I feel like I should’ve done it even one day sooner. I feel like I look a full 5 years younger, and I love it!!!
