One-year review after 2 procedures: square jaw + chin tip (revision consultation post)

It’s been 11 months since I had the 2 procedures done at a clinic: square jaw reduction and chin tip T-osteotomy. There are a few things I’m slightly disappointed about, but overall I’m grateful that the surgery was done without any side effects. To list the points I’m disappointed about: 1. Square jaw asymmetry Compared with the left side, the right side still has more of an angle left, and my jaw feels larger. 2. Chin tip length was not reduced enough I wanted a short chin, but I’m not sure the chin length was reduced. The chin did become narrower. 3. Step-off at the chin tip As the width of the chin tip was reduced, the chin tip started to look like it protrudes in a rounded way. It feels like it was drawn on top of a U lol.
