I had several in-person consultations for a revision after a zygoma surgery failure years ago, and compared with face-to-face consultations, remote consultations let me see my face in much more detail in 3D, and the video content was also informative, so it feels more professional. I considered surgery, but I could hardly find any post-op reviews, so I have not had the surgery yet. The director seems to be very specialized in facial contouring.
