I had lateral canthoplasty at a clinic last October. Because of a previous botched lateral canthoplasty, one side had opened up and the other eye’s outer corner was lifted, so I was extremely stressed. After having surgery at this clinic, it’s not 100% identical on both sides, but I feel like I got the best possible result, so I’m satisfied. There are also no side effects like the area opening up or becoming D-shaped. The top is before and the bottom is after. You’ll be able to see in the photo that the outer corner of the right eye has been lowered. I’m satisfied.
