Two years ago, I consulted at about three places for lower-eyelid fat repositioning and had surgery with Director Lee Jin-hoon at AND Plastic Surgery. They easily explained with drawings why the lower-eyelid fat looked bulging and dark, and honestly told me it would not be a 100% correction and could recur. I trusted them and decided on surgery. Unlike other hospitals, their explanation of lower-eyelid fat really appealed to me, although I don't remember it well since it was two years ago. Anyway, it has maintained about 90% now, so I am satisfied. They seem quite skilled for their experience.
