I'm posting because before I go for cosmetic surgery consultations, I'd like to get some advice from the experienced people here... First, the areas I'm thinking about are my nose, dimples, and eyes. Please look at the photos and tell me what kind of approach would be good.. Please don't criticize me after seeing the photos. lol If you can recommend costs or clinics, please do..
