I want the swelling to go down quickly so I can see the slimmer look I'll come back and post again when the swelling at the nasal tip goes down. Having the splint and stitches removed felt really as refreshing as having the cotton packing removed. I had osteotomy for a hump nose and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but because I had the osteotomy, my nose is more swollen than before surgery right now, so it looks bigger. I think it turned out well
