I've now reached the point where it's been three months since my surgery. Crooked nose correction, osteotomy, nose length adjustment.. (I didn't get an implant..) But honestly, my nose still doesn't look any different from before. I once posted photos before and after surgery because there was no change from my pre-op nose, and I was upset, and many people told me it was probably swelling and to wait, but now the swelling has supposedly gone down a lot... and it's been 3 months, still no change. Only the nose length got a little shorter. As it got shorter, the nostrils got more upturned, and that's the only change..ㅜㅜ A lot of people keep saying it's such a waste of money.. (3 million won..) How is that a 3-million-won nose.. Other than that, there are no changes, and because the nostrils show so much, all 10 out of 10 people I've asked have said my pre-op nose was better... I'm extremely stressed right now.. Of course the osteotomy area hasn't changed either.. what exactly is supposed to look sharper here. Honestly, except for the friends who know I had surgery, nobody can tell. If I ask what changed, they just say my hairstyle changed..ㅡㅡ; When I went to the hospital a month ago, the doctor said it was still swelling. But it doesn't hurt when I touch it now, and the tip is soft.. Of course it'll go down a little more, but even if it does from this state, I don't think it'll change much. I'm so upset. For those who had osteotomy. When do the effects really start showing? Do I really need to wait longer for the osteotomy area to show? Is there anyone like me whose osteotomy still isn't noticeable even after 3 months? I'm so upset..ㅜㅜ

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Leaving a review of my autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty~
During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
