Alar reduction, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, nasal osteotomy, hump nose, bulbous nose correction, no silicone. I did it after seeing reviews on Babitalk, and I am satisfied, but I hope to get revision surgery. It's not that they can't do it, but they seem to operate within a really natural range. I like the side profile, but from the front, the bulbous nose was corrected slightly less, and there is still a slight hump. The nasal tip and nasal alar area were not reduced, so I don't like it and want to do it again. I think it's about 'not bad.' Aftercare is not good.
