It's been 5 years since I had bulbous nose surgery. The first photo is before, and the two after that are front-view photos after surgery, but the bulbous nose correction didn't work at all, right ㅠ I had ear cartilage put in the nasal tip, but even when I touch it, it's too thick. I don't think it's spreading any more now, but from the front it looks too much like a bulky nose, so I want revision surgery.
