I’m trying to prepare in advance before surgery, so please recommend foods that are really effective for swelling or any special medication combinations. I only know about pumpkin juice and red bean water, so if there’s anything like a meal replacement that’s good to eat when your mouth won’t open much, or drinks that are effective for swelling management, please recommend anything and everything.
