I had a consultation a few months ago. The director was very enthusiastic, and compared with other clinics the consultation time was detailed and long. But the manager... there are no words. I do not know if she still works there, but does the director know? Her consultation attitude... I felt like I was the one who had done something wrong. It is one of those parts that really needs to be fixed. I wanted to make a reservation there, but thanks to the manager I cleanly gave up on the idea. T_T
