D.., Choi.. Where should I really go?

I booked surgery at D.. But when I went to the website, there were so many people getting surgery, yet also so many people with crooked noses or getting revision surgery.. And Director Park seems so busy that after-surgery A/S seems almost impossible... Looking at people who had surgery there, it also seems like the surgery is a bit noticeable, but then again, since that many people get surgery there, it also feels like there must be something to it.. If I do it at Choi..., there are people who are satisfied because it is natural, while there are also many people saying it is so natural that there is no change at all. I am truly torn. As for the surgical methods, D - seems to use a closed approach and ear cartilage a lot Choi - seems to use osteotomy, open approach, and septal cartilage a lot I cannot get a sense of which method would be better. My nose is on the larger side and the upper part is blunt, so various places have recommended osteotomy. And I want a nose that is natural but feminine, with the nasal tip lifted in a half-beoseon shape. No matter how much I think and research, I just cannot reach a conclusion. Where on earth is the place that will change my life? To all the many people who have had surgery... Please understand how anxious and worried I am before surgery, and I would appreciate lots of advice. Which place would really suit me better?
