At 3 weeks after rhinoplasty, the bridge and nasal tip looked a bit severely crooked, but now that it’s week 4, it seems to be becoming more symmetrical than before. The side of the middle of the nasal dorsum looks swollen, so I’m wondering when all the swelling will go down and it will be okay. I had 3 mm silicone placed in the nasal dorsum, and the nasal tip was done non-incisionally by tying. Will it keep going down more and settle into place, or should I contact the clinic?
