For my first surgery, I didn’t know much and had used Gore-Tex, so I had revision surgery to remove the Gore-Tex and proceed without an implant - Gore-Tex removal, nasal tip cartilage restoration, nasal tip muscle correction, long nose and hump nose correction. With this surgery, everything was definitely improved. The area where ear cartilage was used has no scar and healed well. A lot of the swelling in my nose has gone down, and the part that seems especially different from before is the height of the nasal bridge.
