I was stressed my whole life because of my small nose, teddy-bear nose, and bulbous nose, so I had surgery. Other places added things like alar reduction and nasal bridge procedures, but the doctor said just two things would be enough: silicone for the nasal dorsum and donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip, so I trusted him and went ahead. He also made the columella area so pretty, so people ask where I had it done, saying my nose surgery turned out so natural and good. The aftercare has also been so good, so now that one month and two weeks have passed, I’m doing well without any problems.
