They refined the hump, lifted the nasal tip with donated costal cartilage, and placed donated dermis along the bridge line that connects to the nasal tip I had asked for a natural-but-refined straight-to-slightly-curved line, and I really like the nasal tip angle. Maybe because my nose line changed, my overall facial impression seems to have changed a bit too. Before, my face looked concave…
