I had rhinoplasty without an implant, using septal cartilage only for the nasal tip, but it drooped, so I’m thinking about revision surgery and looking through all kinds of reviews. I’m doing this thinking it will be my last time, so I’m considering just using autologous costal cartilage altogether. Would that be okay? When I looked at Jeongwon, they had something called InnoRib, and I’m wondering if anyone here has tried it. They said they were the first to develop one-on-one customized mold production, so I’m debating whether to try something like that. If anyone here has tried it, please share roughly how much it cost. Also, if there are hospitals that use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal bridge, please recommend them too. There don’t seem to be many. Is it a difficult surgical method?
