When looking from the front, it seems like the middle tip of the nose (I think this area might be called the columella...) should come down a bit below the nostrils, but mine is slightly raised.... It feels like a very slight upturned nose...;; It's day 5 after surgery.... I'm curious when it will start coming down..... If anyone has had the same concern as me, please reply~~
