I had surgery with silicone before (10 years ago), and recently, in April, I gathered a lot of courage and had revision surgery. I had my nasal tip done with cartilage, but other people's nasal tips looked white and obvious, so I asked the doctor about other methods.. (even though I don't know much..) But.. the doctor said it couldn't be done, and that it had to be done with cartilage and tied, so he performed the surgery. But my nasal tip is gradually.. becoming like Michael Jackson's.. the two ends of the cartilage look sharp and seem to show.. making a sort of trapezoid shape.. ㅜ.ㅜ Since the Gore-Tex between my eyebrows hasn't adhered anyway, he told me to come back in July.. (Maybe a membrane formed where the silicone used to be.) It seems he may do another revision surgery. My original nose shape was slightly upturned like a traditional beoseon nose, with a fairly sharp nasal line.. Would it be better to just remove everything and use filler instead.. According to the doctor, the cartilage part of the nasal tip changes color over time, becomes softer, and looks more natural.. But I see no signs of that at all, and I'm in the process of becoming Michael Jackson.^^ Those who had the cartilage tied.. please reply,, After the revision surgery, I was upset because even my friends didn't recognize me at first. These days, again.. because of the nasal tip cartilage, people are starting to say one by one that it looks obvious, and I'm so upset I could die.. I had the surgery in April.. It seems I can do it again in July.. What should I do.. The hospital is in Apgujeong-dong.. sob sob..
