This was my 3rd revision eye surgery. Overall, I wanted large, glamorous-looking eyes, but even after surgery, I still felt like something was about 2% lacking, so I got the surgery thinking this would really, really be the last time. For reference, I had my first surgery 7 years ago and my second one 3 years ago. I had an incisional method, and to bring out a more glamorous image, I raised the crease line slightly too. I had ptosis correction together with lateral and lower canthoplasty, and my eyes look much bigger, so I think I got the glamorous eyes I wanted. I heard that canthoplasty can sometimes cause dryness, but fortunately I don’t have anything like that, and I recovered well too.
