I had a reservation but waited 30 minutes. They said only the manager consultation was available because it was peak season. After waiting on the 9th floor, I was told to go down to the 8th floor for the consultation. There are a ton of consultation rooms on the 8th floor, and that really gave off a factory-line feeling. The consultation manager was very kind. They strongly recommended only buried-suture double eyelid surgery and said I didn’t need eye correction or an inner/outer corner procedure. But because a family member had surgery with Director Han Jae-jeong, I wanted the same, and they said the director only does noses now.. Now it seems buried-suture surgery is done by Director Lee Hyeok, but I never even got to see his face..... I guess I first saw the director on the surgery day.. So my expectations for surgery couldn’t really be high
