It’s been about 9 months since I had nose surgery. After about 1 month, the rhinoplasty swelling felt like it was going down very gradually. At first, I felt like it was too much, but now I think it really has become a naturally glamorous nose. At first, people around me, including some friends, said it looked obviously done, but now everyone tells me my nose is pretty. I used 45 mm silicone, and personally I had thought I might want it a little higher, but looking at it now, I think it’s just right. I also had a hump nose, but that has all been refined, and the nasal tip is lifted beautifully without being excessive, and it doesn’t look like an overly thin piece of chalk…
