I had a consultation for functional rhinoplasty at ㅇㅈ in Gangnam and put down a reservation, but I’m still kind of scared. Director ㅂㅅㅎ is an otolaryngology specialist but is also said to be good at cosmetic rhinoplasty, so I scheduled a surgery date to get everything done by one doctor.. Even when I went for the consultation, they seemed to have a lot of surgeries. And rather than first recommending a nose that would suit me, he told me to bring in photos of the noses I wanted first.. He said it seemed like putting in 5 mm silicone would work. He also said my nose doesn’t necessarily need osteotomy, so I should choose whether to do it or not... It kind of felt like he would do it however I wanted, and I’m wondering if that’s really right. The tricky part is, other hospitals say I shouldn’t do osteotomy, and that 5 mm silicone is too much.. But since rhinitis treatment is also possible, I’ve left the reservation at ㅇㅈ and am waiting while thinking it over.. Is there anyone here who can give advice about this Has anyone had functional rhinoplasty with this doctor, or heard anything about him I’m from out of town, so I did book accommodation for today, but I’m scared
