Midface dysmorphia has been really bad lately, you know In my case, my midface tended to look long because of my dorsal hump, and because of that, people around me seriously told me so many times that I had a hooked nose and a droopy nose. I tried Hiko to improve it a bit in my own way, but yeah, the effect honestly wore off quickly, and it hurt so freaking much when they put the threads in and pulled, so I really don’t recommend that If your concern is your nasal tip and you don’t care about longevity, then do Hiko.
