Looking at my nose before surgery, even from the front, my columella was definitely more ㅠㅠ recessed than my nostril wings, so it was really a bulbous nose itself. I figured this would probably need surgery rather than a procedure, so I just went ahead ㅠㅠ without carefully looking into it and got my first nose surgery. Maybe because of that, far from improving my bulbous nose… there was no columella shape, and the bulbous nose was just the same ㅠ But maybe because I had already failed nose surgery once, I was scared to lie on the operating table again. So I lived like that for years, and then I thought, ah, this isn’t right, so this time I really carefully did both online and in-person research for my nose…
